The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On October 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a c1 ton sprink c. There is insufficient evidence to acknowledge it and there is no other evidence to acknowledge it.

① The Defendant asserts that, while driving along a two-lane, the Defendant did not properly reflect the road be bended on the right side while driving along the two-lane and caused the victim’s vehicle to close close to the one-lane in which the driver was driving.
