A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents is a person who is engaged in driving a C-wing cargo vehicle.

On April 1, 2014, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle around 15:48, along with a four-lane road of Bosh Construction Machinery in Taegu-gu, Taegu along its four-lane road from the nearest distance to the Taehyeong-gu.

In the U.S., an internship was made.
