(2) Article 208 (3) 2 and Article 150 (3) of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the law (a judgment by the main text of Article 150 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act) (the defendant only submitted a formal written objection after being served with a payment order prior to the implementation of the lawsuit in this case, and did not appear on the date of pleading even after being legally served with the notice of the date of pleading, so the plaintiff's assertion is deemed to have been led to the confession of all of the plaintiff's allegations in accordance with Article 150 (3) and the main text of Article 150 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
