Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant: (a) the captain and the captain of the vessel B (B) with the vessel engaged in the operation of the vessel (B), which is a vessel running through the coast of Gangseo-gu, Gangnam-gu; (b) the Defendant, on January 17, 2020, departing from the port of Gangseo-gu, 04:0 on the same day, and engaged in the operation of the vessel (e.g., the operation of the vessel).
