Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant in violation of the Road Traffic Act is a person engaged in CK7 vehicle driving duties.

On October 14, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle without a driver’s license while under the influence of alcohol of 0.261% during blood transfusion 23:35, the Defendant was driving the said vehicle at a speed of 0.261%, leading the road of 56 lanes, which is located in the Hanjin-gu Han-gu Han-gu, Jeon-gu, Jeon-gu, Jeon-gu, Seoul, by straighten Park, at the center of the Jeon-gu, facing the flow of the road at an insular speed.

The Defendant received the back part of the victim Pststst SM5 vehicle owned by the victim P, which was parked in front of the said vehicle due to its shock.
