2. Claim against Defendant C

A. The summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion is Defendant C’s former spouse and Defendant B’s words.

The Defendants, on May 4, 2007, purchased the maximum debt amount of 39,00,000,000 won for the instant real estate from the mortgagee, and subsequently borrowed money from the mortgagee, and used the money from the mortgagee. The Defendants, on June 22, 2007, borrowed money from the mortgagee with respect to the instant real estate from the mortgagee, the maximum debt amount of 58,50,000,000 won for the establishment of a mortgage, which is the debtor, the plaintiff, and the fisheries cooperative in the lawsuit against the mortgagee of the right to collateral security (hereinafter “the second mortgage”) and borrowed money from the mortgagee, deleted the registration of establishment of a mortgage for the first time and used the remainder.

On July 19, 2007, the Defendants completed the registration of creation of a collateral (hereinafter “mortgage”) with respect to the instant real estate, which is the maximum debt amount of KRW 30,000,00,000, and the debtor B and mutual savings banks prior to the date of the debtor B and the mortgagee Co., Ltd., and borrowed money from the mortgagee and used the money from the mortgagee. The Defendants, on October 29, 2007, borrowed money from the mortgagee and borrowed money from the mortgagee and used the remainder of the registered collateral (hereinafter “mortgage No. 4”).
