1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 60,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

Upon the Defendant’s request, the Plaintiff indicated the claim: (a) the sum of KRW 9,00,000 on October 4, 201, 201, KRW 7,000,000 on October 5, 201; (b) the amount of KRW 4,000,000 on October 6, 201; (c) the amount of KRW 5,00,000 on October 10, 201; (d) the amount of KRW 5,00,000 on October 25, 201; and (e) the amount of KRW 5,00,00,000 on October 25, 201; and (vi) the amount of KRW 10,00,00 on November 8, 201; and

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the total amount of 60,000,000 won and damages for delay.
