The plaintiff asserts that as the lawsuit in this case returned the deposit money to the defendant with respect to the real estate in this case, the plaintiff sought cancellation of the registration of establishment of chonsegwon.

Then, since the registration of the establishment of chonsegwon was cancelled upon the defendant's application after the plaintiff filed the lawsuit of this case, the plaintiff has no interest in maintaining the lawsuit of this case.

Therefore, the lawsuit shall be dismissed without holding any pleadings pursuant to Article 219 of the Civil Procedure Act, but it is decided as per Disposition by applying Article 99 of the Civil Procedure Act with respect to the burden of litigation costs.
