1. On September 18, 2018, around 14:50, the Defendant sold approximately 0.1g of 0.11g of psychotropic drugs, which are psychotropic drugs, located in a single-use injection device, after receiving KRW 100,000,00 from D, within the Defendant’s one ton truck parked in front of the C Station located in Busan East-gu, Busan.

On September 29, 2018, at around 22:00, the Defendant put about approximately 0.07 gopon into a single-use injection machine at the Defendant’s house located in the head of the Geum-gu, Busan, for a single-use use, and melted the water into the left part and administered it by means of injecting it into the bloodline.
