[Defendant A and B] Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for eight months.

However, the above punishment shall be imposed for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant B’s joint crime are those who work as a gas station in G oil stations operated by Company C in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and Defendant B is those who operate Company I in H in Changwon-si, Changwon-si, Changwon-si.

No person shall manufacture or sell a fake petroleum product.

Defendant

B around August 4, 2016, Defendant A issued an order to use dump truck fuel with light oil to Defendant A. Accordingly, Defendant B directly loaded 400 liters via transit and light oil 1,200 liters, and Defendant B manufactured fake petroleum products of 1,600 liters by mixing them with the FRP tank 1 unit and then mixing them with each other. From that time, Defendant B directly added to the FRP tank until August 17, 2017; Defendant B added the light oil and light oil, which Defendant A loaded, into the FRP tank 1 unit; Defendant A used the container as corrected in advance with Defendant B and Defendant B, and entered them into the container; and then, Defendant B mixed them with 1,600 liters and petroleum products, and entered them into the 1,600 KM 2 tank through mixing them with the total of 100 KM 2 tank 15.

Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to manufacture fake petroleum products.

2. Defendant C is a corporation established with the purpose of selling, selling, and selling petroleum.

The defendant, at the time and place specified in paragraph 1, committed the same violation as Paragraph 1, in relation to the defendant's work.
