Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 80,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

around 21:00 on October 16, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the entrance of the 'D mental clinic' hospital located in Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si, a member of Ansan-si; (b) on the ground that the Defendant was hospitalized in the above hospital, the Defendant committed assault by having a plastic bag containing a major disease laid down in the hospital’s corridor on the ground that the victim E, who was employed as a nurse for nursing care, was frightened when the Defendant was hospitalized in the above hospital; and (c) continuously carried the plastic bag containing a major disease into the hospital’s corridor, flading the brea of the victim by hand.
