1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff A KRW 56,095,00, and KRW 23,445,000 for each of them from November 13, 2020.
Reasons
1. Details of ruling;
A. 1) Project name: project name “project for building infrastructure outside the D Zone (Secondary)” (hereinafter “instant project”).

B. Objects to be expropriated and compensation money by the Gyeonggi-do Regional Land Tribunal on August 12, 2019: as indicated below (the sum of each of the following lands is referred to as “each of the instant lands”:
(2) The Plaintiff’s land category and size of the land at the seat of the Plaintiff is 863m2,00,000 square meters in F, F, 863m2,727,00, Plaintiff A’s land at the seat of the Plaintiff, B, and the date of expropriation: (a) the date of expropriation on September 26, 2019.
As a result of the court appraisal, Plaintiff A’s land category and size compensation (won) is 863m2,00,000 F. F. 857,822,000 m2,000 m21m2, 521m2, 521m2, m21m2, m309,000 m2, m22,000, m200, m200, m2 shall comply with the order in the following subparagraphs for the appraisal of the compensation amount for each of the instant land in order to assess the compensation amount:

An amendment to other factors: In applying subparagraph 1 to a normal transaction case or an appraisal case, etc. that is similar to the factors forming value in the neighboring area of a land subject to land or in the same area similar to the same right to benefit in the same area, the land price of 1,280 square meters (65,156 square meters at the time of transaction, July 25, 2017; the land price of 665,156 square meters at the time of transaction), the land price of 915 square meters at the same J field at the same time (the land price of 819,672 square meters at the time of transaction, September 19, 2016; the land price of 819,672 square meters at the time of transaction), the former K 785 square meters at the same time (the land price of 1,056,68 square meters at the time of transaction) were presented, and among them, the difference was calculated based on the comparative price.
