A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On December 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 00:35, the Defendant: (b) did not use a singing in “sing room” operated by the victim D; and (c) did not pay the drinking value, etc.; and (d) the Defendant sent the Defendant to the trial by the Defendant for violation of the Punishment of Minor Offenses Act (hereinafter “Sing-type”).
At around 01:20 on the same day, the Defendant stated that the Defendant was dissatisfied with this, and was seated in the instant singing room, that “I am in front of the Roter and come out of the lusium,” “I am h, C, and C,” and that “I am h, C, and C, I am at the 112 Report Center,” and “I am at the 112 Report Center, I am at the place of business.”

Along to about 40 minutes of music, the perpetrator interfered with the singing business of the victimized person by force.
2.
