A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a B franchise-low driver car;
On March 26, 2013, around 23:07, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.146 percent, while under the influence of alcohol, while driving the said vehicle at an intersection near the Ganyangdong apartment with a view to about 50km in speed from the distance of playground to the distance of scattering.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to the influence of alcohol, and suffered injury to the victim C, such as brain dynasium which requires two-day medical treatment, injury to the victim G (V, 45 years of age) who is the fynasty, such as fynasium in need of two-day medical treatment, and injury to the victim E, such as light fynasium in need of one-day medical treatment.
