Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 21:50 on July 2, 2014, the Defendant: (a) made a 112-report to the effect that the Defendant would take a bath and intimidation; (b) the police officer E in the Sinung Police Station D police box called out after having received a 112-report to the effect that the Defendant would take a threat; (c) the police officer E in order to verify a factual relationship; and (d) the police officer, including G, were heard by various citizens, and the victim F, who was the victim, took a humping to the victim F, with the large view that “the humping, opening, and young ma shall take place; and (d) the victim E who prevented the hump from taking advantage of the humping that “this humf, schee,” thereby openly insulting the victims.
