1. The plaintiff's appeal is all dismissed.
2. The costs of appeal shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Reasons
1. The reasons why the court should explain this part of the basic facts are the same as the entry of the "1. Acknowledgement of Facts" in the judgment of the court of first instance. Thus, they are cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. Determination as to the cause of action
A. The Plaintiff’s assertion 1) The registration of transfer of ownership of this case was made based on an invalid title trust agreement as follows, and thus, the instant real estate still belongs to the Plaintiff’s ownership. Accordingly, the Defendants, who completed each registration of transfer of ownership based on the registration of transfer of ownership of this case, filed a claim for the implementation of the registration procedure for transfer of ownership based on the restoration of real name. The net G purchased the instant real estate under the name of H and a title trust agreement, and purchased the instant real estate from the Plaintiff under the name of H on December 31, 1985, and died before the completion of the registration of transfer of ownership pursuant to the said title trust agreement. The registration of transfer of ownership was completed under the name of H on June 21, 196 under the said title trust agreement, under the premise that the change of real right is valid, and the ownership was completed under the name of the joint Defendant B and the Defendants, the heir of the deceased, and the title holder of the instant real estate was purchased from the Plaintiff under the title of title trust agreement and the title holder under Article 1 of the title trust agreement.
Even if H purchased the instant real estate from the Plaintiff upon the request of the deceased G and completed the registration of ownership transfer in its future, the above title trust and subsequent thereto, insofar as the Plaintiff was aware that it was a sale under such contract title trust agreement.
