A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was a student who received a pilot’s education (EM) from the Ulsan-gun G G in Ulsan-gun G in Gyeongjin-gun, G in 198, and became aware of the victim by having the victim work as an English instructor in the English language language, from the students who were receiving the pilot’s education (EM) at the Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-gun. G in 36 years old.

In the process, the Defendant thought that “the victim has a sense of self-defense and has sufficient money in the operation of a private teaching institute”, and neglected to commit a sexual intercourse with the victim on October 2010, and subsequently, intended to make a false statement to the victim and acquire money by fraud by using the victim’s sense.

On July 28, 2011, the Defendant, as the cell phone of the victim, stated that “Around 51,500 U.S. dollars were passed in Asia or aviation upon recommendation by the director of the U.S. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E., U.S. E.M. and U.S. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E., U.S. E.S. E. E. E. E. E. E.M. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E.M. E. E. E. E. E. E. E. E.M. E. E. E. E. E. E.M. The Defendant received 37,300,000 won from the victim’s account in the name of the Defendant (I) and received 231,890,000 won in total over 76 times from September 6, 2010 to July 28, 2011, as shown in the crime list, from September 6, 201 to July 201.
