그리하여 피고인 A은, (가) 2015. 8. 29. 새벽 무렵 안산시 상록구 선진로에 있는 ◈◈아파트 ***동 앞의 자전거 보관대에서 소유자를 알 수 없는 자전거 2대를 발견하고 피고인 B과 함께 위 자전거를 타고 감으로써, 피고인 B과 합동하여 타인의 재물을 절취하고, (나) 2015. 8. 29. 새벽 무렵 안산시 상록구 L에 있는 피해자 M 운영의 ‘◆◆’ 식당 앞에 이르러, 피고인 B은 망을 보고, 피고인 A은 위 식당에 잠겨있지 않은 주방 창문을 통하여 들어가, 계산대에 놓여있던 '갤럭시 S4' 휴대전화기 1개와 금액을 알 수 없는 돈이 든 저금통 1개를 가지고 감으로써, 피고인 B과 공모하여 야간에 사람이 간수하는 건조물에 침입하여 타인의 재물을 절취하고, (다) 2015. 8. 29. 05:16경 안산시 상록구 N에 있는 피해자 O 운영의 ‘ ’ 주점 앞에 이르러, 피고인 B은 피고인 A이 밟고 올라가기 쉽도록 자전거를 잡아준 다음 망을 보고, 피고인 A은 위 자전거를 밟고 올라가 잠겨있지 않은...
