1. The Defendant’s KRW 5,00,000 as well as annual 5% from November 16, 2015 to November 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, there is no reason for the Plaintiff’s claim for damages for delay by more than 5% per annum under the Civil Act from November 16, 2015 to November 30, 2015, which is obvious that the copy of the complaint in this case was served on the Defendant from November 16, 2015.
