The defendant is not guilty, and the summary of the judgment of innocence is publicly notified.
Reasons
The defendant in the public office is working as a director of E’s association while operating “A dental” in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D shop, and the victim F (V, 31 years old) is an administrative worker belonging to E’s association.
1. On August 22, 2014, at around 12:40, the Defendant moved the victim to the side of the Defendant while making talk within the “G” coffee shop located on the 1st floor of the said D shop, and let the victim sit up at the victim’s left side, and put the victim’s bucks twice in hand, and put up two nearby bucks.
