1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 29,346,41 and KRW 29,318,95, whichever is applicable, 24% per annum from July 9, 2014 to the day of full payment.

Indication of claim: The defendant terminated the above contract on the ground that he/she fulfilled his/her obligation to pay rent under the facility leasing contract for BK5 passenger cars on October 25, 2013; on July 8, 2014, the contract was cancelled; and on the ground that he/she did not perform his/her obligation to pay rent under the current contract for facility leasing for BK5 passenger cars, the amount of unpaid principal (book) KRW 26,133,309, 334,621, and overdue lease fees of KRW 1,544,40,00; damages for delay; KRW 27,416; KRW 29,346,411; and damages for delay, excluding damages for delay, KRW 29,318,95 (Article 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act)
