1. Facts of recognition;

A. On October 4, 201, the Plaintiff concluded a lease agreement with the Defendant and the Plaintiff regarding the attached list of the building owned by the Plaintiff (hereinafter “instant building”) with respect to KRW 20,000,000, monthly rent of KRW 2,500,000, and the lease term of KRW 6,50,000, from November 6, 201 to November 5, 2017 (hereinafter “instant lease agreement”).

Under the above lease agreement, a lessor may terminate the lease agreement immediately when the amount of overdue rent of a lessee under the instant lease agreement reaches the amount of rent for a period of two years, and the Defendant shall pay in advance the monthly rent from November 6, 201.

B. After the conclusion of the above lease contract, the Defendant constructed the interior of the instant building, and thereafter, operated the publicly notified telecom.

C.
