A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On July 2, 2010, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000 for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act by the Gwangju District Court on July 2, 2010, and on January 23, 2015, the same court was sentenced to a fine of KRW 3 million for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.
[Criminal facts]
1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a vehicle with C highest Pest another car.
