Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On March 28, 2016, while under the influence of alcohol leveling to 0.156% of the blood alcohol level in around 22:39, the Defendant driven Bsch Rexn car at approximately 20 meters from the street in front of the four-distance change in the Seo-gu, Daejeon to the front of the resource change in Daejeon Seo-gu.
