1. Indication of claim;

A. On June 28, 2016, the Plaintiff leased real estate owned by the Plaintiff to the Defendant as follows:

1. Real estate: Deposit deposit of 10,00,000 won for two-story neighborhood living facilities in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and monthly rent of 1,50,000 won (payment on August 15): Three months from August 16, 2016 to August 15, 2018;

B. The Defendant did not pay the monthly rent for three months until April 15, 2017, and the Plaintiff sent to the Defendant a certificate of content that the contract would be terminated on April 26, 2017.

C. A claim is filed for KRW 4,500,000 each month from April 16, 2017 to April 15, 2017, for the delivery of the leased real estate, and KRW 1,500,000 each month.
