A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operated a dan with the trade name “D” on the first floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. No one shall commit any act of arranging sexual traffic, etc. for the business purpose of arranging sexual traffic;

Nevertheless, around June 26, 2013, the Defendant: (a) had G (Gain H) who is female employees supplied by the F news media operated by E at the said “D” entertainment shop (Gain H) provide entertainment with the customers of the said main shop, such as drinking alcohol and dancing; and (b) had the said customers receive a sleep from the said customer, and had him/her enter into a sexual intercourse with his/her main place of entertainment.

In addition, from June 26, 2013 to August 23, 2013, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts by having female employees provided from the above “F” sidewalk for seven times as shown in the attached Table of Crimes List (1) between the Defendant and around June 26, 2013, receive a picture and have a sexual relationship with the customers of the above main shop.

2. On June 26, 2013, from around September 16, 2013 to around September 16, 2013, the Defendant violated the Food Sanitation Act, at “D” places, such as “D”, and at “D” places where entertainment tavern business is conducted, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, engaged in entertainment drinking club business, by selling alcoholic beverages and liquors of an average of 300,000 won per day, by selling alcoholic beverages and liquors, which are recorded in the attached Table (2) by having other female employees, who are provided with the above “F” news media, play entertainment business without obtaining permission from the competent authorities.
