A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 1994, the Defendant subscribed to 18 insurance products with a total of six insurance companies from July 31, 2014, including subscription to the “new Love Pension Insurance Policy” of the Victim Hansung Life Insurance, which received insurance money according to the number of days of hospitalization.

After that fact, the Defendant was hospitalized at a hospital without having to receive medical treatment for a long time, and had the victim insurance company claimed insurance money related to hospitalized treatment, and had the victim insurance company receive insurance money from the victim insurance company.

On August 4, 2011, the Defendant visited the “E-type and off-site department” located in the second floor of the D Building in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangnam-gu, and submitted the data and the application form stating the treatment to the insurance company after being hospitalized for 31 days from that time until September 3, 2011, notwithstanding the absence of the need to receive treatment by being hospitalized.

The Defendant received KRW 620,00 from the victim’s post office insurance company around September 6, 201, and was hospitalized as if he had changed the name of illness over a total of 31 times in the same manner as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table of crimes, and had received a total of KRW 195,050,680 as insurance money from six insurance companies.

Accordingly, the defendant was informed of the victims to receive property.
