Punishment of the crime

On May 8, 2015, at around 03:20, the Defendant was at the “C” club located in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, for the reason that the victim D (year 25) was frighted to the Defendant’s working female, and the Defendant was at the time of each other.
