1. The plaintiffs, defendant Hosan General Construction Co., Ltd. and defendant Dok Construction Co., Ltd. are listed in the attached list.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiffs’ list of real estate as collateral for the acquisition of ownership of each of the real estate indicated in the separate list of the Plaintiffs shall include the remainder of the real estate, other than each of the real estate indicated in the separate list of the real estate and the remainder of the non-party 1,560,00,00 won and the non-party 1,560,00 won in the separate list of the Plaintiffs (hereinafter “non-party 1,00,000 won”) on July 29, 2011, with the exception of each of the above real estate stated in the separate list of the non-party 1,7, 13, 14, 19, 20,25, 26, 31, 37, 43, 444, 59, 50, 56, 56, 56, 56, 51, 61, 62, 67, 68, 71, 75, 2018
