1. Details of the disposition;

A. The Plaintiff is a person who, from December 26, 2014, provided the supply support and auxiliary services to B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Nonindicted Company”).

B. 2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. On December 26, 2014, the Plaintiff asserted that he/she re-entered the non-party company, which had worked in the past (from April 28, 2009 to December 31, 2013) and worked mainly at the construction site of the Eheat Treatment Plant Construction Corporation located in the company as the above company performed at the construction site of the company.
