A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Criminal facts

On July 9, 2012, at around 23:28, the Defendant, without a driver's license, driven a car with CMW320 car driving in front of the German cMW320, driving the car in front of the uppermost distance in the Gamban-si area in the Gamban-si area, in a manner of 0.143% of alcohol level without a driver's license.
