1. The defendant shall pay 34,00,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from March 14, 2020 to the day of complete payment.

1. The Plaintiff, while engaging in the wholesale and retail business in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, lent money to the Defendant, who worked as the Plaintiff’s employee from around 2013 to September 13, 2016, over several times.

Then, on September 23, 2016, the Plaintiff and the Defendant agreed to pay the Plaintiff the above loan obligations owed by the Defendant to the Plaintiff at KRW 34 million, and the Defendant did not fully pay the loan obligations to the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the above loan debt amounting to 34 million won and damages for delay.
