Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1,50,000 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Jung-gu District Court on September 10, 2008, and was sentenced to a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Seoul Northern District Court on January 18, 2013.

On May 17, 2014, the Defendant was under the influence of blood alcohol content of 0.146% without a car driver’s license on May 17, 2014, and was driving BpD car from approximately 3 km to the front road of the 207-ro 186 in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, to the same Gu from the area adjacent to the west-dong area.
