1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 55,079,742 and the amount of KRW 49,97,252 from November 5, 2014 to the date of full payment.

1. Indication of claim;

A. A. Around May 22, 2008, the Plaintiff separately provided a loan with KRW 50,000,000 to the Defendant on May 22, 2009, adding 0.05% to the base interest rate of the interest rate, and 21% per annum (applicable to the basic terms and conditions of credit transaction).

B. Since the above repayment period was finally changed on May 22, 2014. The Defendant did not pay the principal and interest of the loan even after the payment period expired since November 14, 2013. The sum of the principal and interest of the loan as of November 4, 2014 is KRW 55,079,742 (i.e., the principal and interest of the loan amount of KRW 49,97,252, interest of KRW 49,97,252, interest of KRW 5,082,49) and the rate of delay damages is 15% per annum.

C. Therefore, the Plaintiff claims against the Defendant for damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from November 5, 2014 to the date of full payment of the principal and interest of the loan amounting to KRW 55,079,742, and the principal of the loan amounting to KRW 49,97,252.
