1. The Defendant’s KRW 315,300,620 as well as the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 6% from September 1, 2016 to November 8, 2016.

1. Indication of claim;

A. The plaintiff is a corporation with the purpose of manufacturing cutting tools, etc., and the defendant is a private entrepreneur who engages in wholesale and retail business of tools with the trade name B.

B. The Plaintiff supplied cut tools, etc. to the Defendant by August 2016, and the Defendant paid only a part of the goods price and did not pay the remainder of KRW 315,30,620.

C. Therefore, the Defendant shall pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 315,300,620, and the amount of 315,300,620, and the amount of 6% per annum from September 1, 2016 to the delivery date of a copy of the instant complaint, which is the day following the date of the last delivery of the goods, and 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment.
