Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a SP car.

On December 22, 2013, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 09:15 on December 22, 2013, and was going to proceed by leaving and bypassing the village apartment located in the village and apartment located in the direction of the Sinnam-Eup at the time of harmony.
