1. Basic facts

A. The parties 1) The defendant is a stock company incorporated on December 21, 1996, with the main purpose of chloeing and salting, and as a stock company incorporated on May 25, 1996, the non-performing H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”).

(2) The Plaintiffs were the employees of H, and the Defendant employed part of H’s employees, including the Plaintiffs, as the Defendant’s employees.

3) The contents of the Defendant’s corporate register (including the registration of officers included in the closed register) are as indicated in the list of the following matters, and I is currently the representative director of the Defendant.

B. The plaintiffs' 1) The total number of shares issued by the defendant is 60,000 shares and the face value per share is 10,000 won (Therefore, the total amount of the defendant's capital is 60,000 won.

2) On June 30, 1998, 165,533,979 won was loaned to the Defendant on June 30, 1998, and the Defendant received a total of 16,544 shares of the Defendant as security for the above loan claim. The Defendant agreed to repurchase the above shares and repay the above loan upon retirement of the said employee.

3 Accordingly, around 199, the shares held in the name of the existing J, P, K, Q, R, Plaintiff F decreased by 16,544 shares, including the plaintiffs, and the shares increased by 16,544 shares.
