1. The judgment of the court of first instance is modified as follows.
The defendant is a retirement allowance in attached Table 1 to the plaintiffs.
Reasons
The reason why the court of the first instance shall explain this case is that the defendant's argument is stated in the reasoning of the first instance judgment, except that the defendant's additional judgment is added to paragraph (2). Thus, it shall be accepted as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act, since the defendant's argument is stated in the reasoning of the first instance judgment, it shall be determined that the defendant's argument is clearly low. [Supplementary retirement pay for each of the above criteria shall be calculated on the basis of average wage based on the total amount of commission that all of the plaintiffs received during the three months before retirement.
