Purport of claim and appeal

Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. D The owner, Defendant B, and C of the multi-family house E and O located (hereinafter “the instant multi-family house”) in Namyang-si, Nam-si, the real estate real estate agents, and the Defendant Korean Licensed Real Estate Agent Association are the real estate mutual aid associations (the deduction amount of KRW 100 million) in which Defendant B and C are enrolled.
B. On October 9, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a lease agreement with Defendant B and C with respect to the instant multi-family house 303 (a security deposit of KRW 120 million, lease term of KRW 20 million, and up to October 29, 2017; hereinafter “instant lease agreement”) and entered into a lease agreement with the Plaintiff on October 29, 2015, with the full payment of the lease deposit, and entered into a move-in report on October 30, 2015 and received the same fixed date on the same day.
C. At the time of the conclusion of the instant lease agreement, Defendant B and C explained to the Plaintiff as to the senior mortgage established on the instant multi-family house, but with regard to the status of the senior lease, the monthly rent of KRW 101,402 and KRW 65,500,000,000 in total of the lease deposit, and KRW 303,00,000 in total, which the Plaintiff moved into, pursuant to the list of the lease status stated in attached Table 1, which was delivered by D in relation to the status of the senior lease, was explained to the Plaintiff, and the said lease status list was issued to the Plaintiff.
With respect to the above 101 and 402, each "200/80", i.e., "200/80", i.e. "20 million won per month", which is the monthly rent of KRW 800,000 per month, which is false even though D is the lease deposit of KRW 80,000,000 and KRW 402,000,000,000,000 won per month.
Defendant B and C did not receive and confirm a written lease agreement on 101 and 402, and D explained to the Plaintiff that it did not comply with the request of the lease agreement, or did not enter it in the confirmation manual of the object of brokerage.
