A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On January 11, 2021, the Defendant, at around 02:35, performed alcoholic beverages together with D and victim E (25 years old) and F, which were known to the Defendant’s house located within the Gu-si B Building C, through open hosting of Kakakao Stockholm, and the Defendant, while drinking alcoholic beverages together with D and F.

”라고 말하자 갑자기 피해자를 가리키며 “ 죽일까 ”라고 말한 후 주방에 있던 위험한 물건인 식칼을 가져온 다음, 피해자를 바닥에 넘어뜨리고 피해자의 배 위에 올라 타 피해자의 얼굴 부위 옆 바닥에 식칼을 약 3회 내리찍고, 왼손으로 피해자의 멱살을 잡고 오른손으로 식칼을 쥔 채로 피해자의 목 부위를 찌르려고 하자, 이에 위협을 느낀 피해자가 이를 방어하기 위하여 왼손으로 식칼을 잡게 함으로써 피해자에게 약 2 주간의 치료를 요하는 손가락의 열린 상처 NOS를 가하였다.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and inflicted an injury on the victim.
