A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to four months of imprisonment with prison labor for interference with business in the wooden District Court's wooden branch, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on August 22, 2016 at Gwangju prison.

However, in fact, the defendant did not intend to board the above ship as a seafarer.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the husband G of the victim, obtained 50,000 won from G to receive 50,000 won under the pretext of advance payment.

Around 18:00 on April 17, 2017, the Defendant: (a) had the victim I’s “J” restaurant operated in Jeju-si; (b) had the victim’s 2 son and 1 bottle, etc. living together with the 1st century; and (c) had the victim expressed his/her desire to pay the victim’s gk’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son’s son.
