1. The Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 465,00,000 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and against this, from November 29, 2016 to February 9, 2021.

Reasons

This kind of action shall be considered together.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a corporation established by the Chinese Group C to carry out the E development project in Jeju City D (hereinafter “instant project”). The Defendant is a real estate sales agency business, real estate development, sale, lease business, etc.
