On April 15, 2015, at around 22:40, the Defendant driven a C-Adi vehicle while under the influence of alcohol with approximately 0.092% of alcohol alcohol concentration at approximately 30 meters in front of the road in the 102-dong, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
