Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant and C have five rooms, one waiting room for female employees, one room, etc. on the Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D and 4, and operated a key room in the trade name of “E”, and F and G are those who serve as the head of office in the above “E”.

No person who conducts public morals business shall have another person do obscene acts, arrange for or provide such acts in a place where he/she conducts public morals business (hereinafter referred to as "public morals business place").

From July 1, 2016 to August 22, 2016, the Defendant and C, F, and G had a large number of male descendants seeking their places from the above “E,” receive KRW 30 to KRW 40,000 per hour, KRW 70,000 per hour, and had female employees H (age 20), I (age 21, 21), J (age 19), and K (age 19, n, n, n) do obscene acts, such as having them ki with the said customers and talk with her chest and bucks.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with C, F, and G, caused or arranged obscene acts at a public morals business place.
