1. Basic facts

A. On October 18, 2013, between the plaintiffs and the defendant, the plaintiffs entered into a sales contract and the execution thereof 1) between D and D on October 18, 2013, the plaintiffs shall purchase the purchase price of KRW 380.7m2 and 276.8m27m2 (hereinafter referred to as "the first sale real estate") from the defendant in Yandong-gu E-gu, Yandong-gu, Yanyang-gu, Yanyang-gu, the division of which was made before the defendant, at KRW 58 million. The plaintiffs shall purchase the purchase price of KRW 6 million from the defendant.

The term "the first sales contract" (hereinafter referred to as "the first sales contract") means a sales contract.

(2) On October 20, 2013, the Plaintiffs transferred KRW 60 million as down payment, KRW 200 million as part of the intermediate payment on November 20, 2013, and KRW 3 million as part of the intermediate payment on December 30, 2013, respectively, to a deposit account in the name of the Defendant.

In the process of applying for a building permit after 3 years, part of the first sale real estate is a original green belt, and the first sale real estate was planned by the Plaintiffs on the ground.
