When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2013, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol of 0.10% of blood alcohol concentration at around 13:10 on August 26, 2013, and was driving a B motorcycle owned by the Defendant at a section of approximately 300 meters in the direction of 300 meters in front of the same Eup/Myeonn-ri 36-8.
