Punishment of the crime

On March 2, 2005, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) from the Suwon Frigwon on March 2, 2005. On October 27, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on December 30, 2008. On December 30, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 7 million as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drawing driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on November 8, 2010. On March 8, 2013, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 5 million as a fine at the Seoul Central District Court on March 8, 2013 (drawing driving) from the Seoul Central District Court on March 3, 2015.

1. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant is a person who has the power to drive a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol more than twice as stated in the above criminal records. On October 21, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 0.102% of alcohol concentration in blood while driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol of about 683-31, Gangnam-gu, Seoul and about 5km from around 683-50, to the roads of Songpa-gu, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, without a driver’s license.

2. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving service of the above G80 automobiles in violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (or the injury) and in violation of the Road Traffic Act (or the injury).

On October 21, 2017, the Defendant driven the above G80 car around 04:50 on October 21, 2017, and continued to drive the four-lane road in front of Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D with three-lanes from the bank of Samsung Seoul Hospital to the northwest of the Ams market.

At the time, the signal lights are installed at night and at the front, so the driver of the vehicle is engaged in driving at a speed by accurately manipulating the brake system by taking into account the other vehicles' attitudes in the signal lights and the front door.
