1. Defendant B and the Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association jointly share KRW 60,725,663 to the Plaintiff and Defendant B against this.

1. Basic facts

A. The parties concerned Defendant B are licensed real estate agents who run real estate brokerage business under the name of “E Licensed Real Estate Agent Office” in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu. The Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Defendant Association”) is a mutual-aid business entity that pays mutual-aid money to the parties to a transaction due to the act of real estate brokerage of the mutual-aid subscribers.

B. On November 26, 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a lease contract between the Plaintiff and F with the broker of Defendant B, F was the co-defendant of the instant case. On July 24, 2015, F confirmed the decision to recommend settlement that the Plaintiff pay KRW 151,814,159, and damages for delay corresponding to the amount of the deposit not returned to the Plaintiff, as well as the amount of damages incurred thereby, the lawsuit was terminated. As between B, the instant G apartment 121, 160 (hereinafter “instant real estate”).

As to the lease deposit, the term of KRW 230,00,000, and the term from January 20, 2012 to January 19, 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the “instant contract”) stipulating that F shall lease the deposit to the Plaintiff by setting the term from January 20, 2012.

(2) At the time of the conclusion of the instant contract, the instant real estate was completed by Han Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “I Bank”), the maximum debt amount, 496,800,000, and the establishment registration of a collateral security (hereinafter “mortgage”) around June 16, 2010, respectively, on November 16, 2010.

3. The terms and conditions of the instant contract are as follows.

A lessor’s maximum maximum debt amount of 496,800,000 won and the maximum debt amount of 100,000,000 won for the right to collateral security for the wind industry, and the lessor remains at the same time as the principal loan of one bank remains at the same time.
