Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal record] On September 6, 2006, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Seoul Central District Court on the Aggravated Punishment, etc., and on May 1, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the same crime at the Seoul Western District Court on May 1, 2009 and completed the execution of the sentence on March 10, 2013.
[Criminal facts] The Defendant, via the Internet, entered an elementary school’s influence course in various nationwide elementary school, stolen teachers’ things, and used a stolen credit card to purchase household goods, clothing, etc.
1. On February 13, 2014, from around 10:00 to around 12:30, the Defendant habitually stolen: (a) confirmed that he/she was demoted to hold the said class at a six-year class 1 Ban class of D elementary school in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul from around 10:0 to around 12:30; (b) opened the said class and opened an object at the said class using the upper gate, etc.; and (c) followed up on the wall, he/she entered the said class; and (d) took up approximately KRW 100,000 and KRW 100,000 per gift certificate;

From around that time to July 1, 2014, the Defendant’s “3,58,000 won” in the charges of KRW 3,548,00 in total, which was owned by the victims, is a clerical error, and thus corrected.
There are considerable things and things.
Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.
2. On May 1, 2014, at around 12:04, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit, purchased clothes, etc. equivalent to approximately KRW 118,00 in the market price at G stores operated by the victims of the false name in Suwon-si F, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and suggested that he had the NHBC card under the H’s name that was stolen, such as the Nos. 1 of the List of Crimes No. 9, as in the annexed Table 1, had the Defendant, an employee of the said store, prepared a sales slips, and signed the H at any time.
The defendant is attached from that time to July 2, 2014.
