1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the land listed in paragraph 1 of the attached list, each point of the Attached Form Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff purchased each share of 714/1680 of each of the lands listed in the separate sheet through a voluntary auction, and related thereto, the Plaintiff completed the entire registration of co-ownership transfer as the receipt of 21212 on February 19, 2013.

B. Of the land listed in paragraph (1) of the attached Table No. 1, the Defendant owns an open structure (hereinafter “the instant building”) on the part of the attached Form No. 1, 2, 3, 4, and 1, which connects each point of 131 square meters in sequence among the land listed in the attached Table No. 1 of the attached Table No. 1 owned by the Plaintiff and the land listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table No. 4, 3, 5, 6, and 4, which connects each point of 24 square meters in sequence in the attached Table No. 24 square meters in the ship (hereinafter “instant land”).

C. On May 2, 2014, the Plaintiff and the Defendant: (a) made the Defendant and the right-holder-1 as the Plaintiff; and (b) written an agreement with the following content:

Of these money in respect of the monthly rent of 600,000 won (Won 600,000) from the tenant G of the factory building among the real estate located in the area of Goyang-gu, Yangyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, where the building is located, the right holder-1 shall receive KRW 500,000 (Won 500,000), and the right-holder-2 shall receive KRW 10,000 (Won 10

With respect to the monthly rent 380,000,000 won (Won 274,000) from the JJ of the tenants of the warehouse buildings among the real estate located at H and I in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Gyeonggi-do, where the building is located, the right holder-1 shall receive two hundred and seventy thousand,000,000 won (Won 274,000), and the right-2 shall receive one hundred and seventy thousand,00,000 won

4.The superficies on existing buildings other than the above-mentioned revenues shall have the right holder-1.

5. Specific reasons or causes; or
